FEES STRUCTURE

POLICIES ON FINANCIAL MATTERS 

COLLECTION OF FEES 
Your child's fees are payable between the 1st and 7th day of each month for the current month. All fees paid
are non-transferable and non-refundable.

MODES OF PAYMENT 
Parents may pay their children?s fees Cash to the Schools accounts or Cash deposit to the school’s bank account. We shall not be liable for loss of cash or cheque handed to your child for the purpose of fee settlement. Ensure that you are given our official receipt for your transaction or Cheque.

PAYMENT VIA MPESA
If you are making your payment via MPESA. You send it to the School’s account’s number +254726 711727

LATE PAYMENT & RECOVERY OF OUTSTANDING FEES 
You will be issued a reminder notice should we fail to receive your payment during our fee collection period.
You will need to respond within 14 days of this reminder. Late payment attracts a penalty fee of Kshs. 1000.

WITHDRAWAL 
Should you wish to terminate your child?s preschool ,make arrangement with us. Pease note that your child’s
last day must be the last day of the month. Withdrawal is required to be submitted on the first day of the
month. You will need to provide us with a written notice of withdrawal at least 90 days prior to your date of
departure. Please forward your withdrawal letter by hand, fax or email. Alternatively, you may wish to
complete a Withdrawal Form obtainable from our admin office. You shall be asked to clear any outstanding payment.

TRANSFER
Should there be a change in your residential/work location and you wish to transfer your child to another
branch of Precious Kidz School, please obtain a Transfer Form from our admin office. You will need to return the form to us at least one month prior to your date of departure. All arrears in school fee payment should be settled at your child?s current centre before the transfer. We will make follow up internal arrangements for your child's official records to be transported to your next centre of care.


PAYMENT PLAN
Parents are required to pay the money in whole or in two easy installments.
             PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE STUDENTS WITH FEES.
School fees is not refundable.
Parents must ensure that the fees are paid regularly and on time.
Fees Must be paid in advance via Cash/ Mpesa/ Cheques.
Parents must ensure that they don't issue bad cheques. Any bad cheques issued will attract a fine of 30% of the amount of the cheque issued. Incase bad Cheques are issued more than three times, the parent concerned will have to pay Cash.

Fee Defaulters
Fee defaulters: A penalty of 10% per month will be applied to the outstanding  balance of any PARENT who does not make payment at the beginning of the semester, or who fail to meet a payment deadline within their payment plan.
Please note that failure to make payment within 30 days of a payment deadline may attract a penalty of 15%.

Refunds
• Tuition fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• Application fees and Capital levies are non-refundable.

Payment Currency
Payment is acceptable in local (Kshs) currency and International Curency ($).
